Is this deck legal in LCS?

Master Duel
Requires your Konami account to be connected to Master Duel.
- From your deck on Master Duel, go to "View/Copy/Delete Deck" and export the deck to the Yugioh Card Database.
- Log into the Yugioh Card Database using your Konami account.
- Go to "My Deck" and view your imported deck.
- Toggle the deck viewer format to "View as List".
- Click and drag over the deck contents so that each card name is highlighted (image).
- Copy and paste the raw text into the text box above.
- Click "Submit" next to the text box.
